The authorization on the UTAX smart web interface can be made comfortably via your current LDAP/AD user administration. Of course, your can specify individually who is authorized to perform which operations or which systems are visible for the user.
Connection to your ticket system
SOAP endpoint and SOAP client are integrated in UTAX smart as a coupling to your ticket system.
Ticket systems can be connected to UTAX smart via this SOAP interface in order to report errors. Information about the change status of a service order can be forwarded automatically to your ticket system.
